We value the relationships you have and the people you know. If you are currently an IMS associate (meaning YOU are in our database), we will pay you to refer us the talented people you know!!

Referral Details:

  1. If you have seen a current SuperTalentUSA job posting; either on a job board, via e-mail, on our website, or even word-of-mouth, and know of a suitable and qualified candidate for the position, please send us their current resume along with a subject line that indicates
  2. If the candidate is not already in SuperTalentUSA database, or if they are, and we've not had contact with them within the last 2 years, your referral is valid for the position you referred them AND any other position they may be suitable for, for a period of six months following your referral.
  3. Please make sure to clearly indicate your name and contact information when sending the referral
  4. You may also have your referral direct apply using the same criteria and indicate you, with your contact information as the referring party.
  5. In order to qualify for the referral bonus, the candidate must be placed in a position and complete the required guarantee period as defined below. The bonus will be sent to you immediately following the guarantee period.

Referral Incentive Bonuses:

  1. $500.00 for a contract candidate referral. Bonus is paid after the completion of 500 hours on contract (approx. 3 months).
  2. $1000.00 for a full-time hire candidate referral. Bonus is paid after client guarantee period is satisfied, defined at time of hire.
  3. SuperTalentUSA pays unlimited bonus incentives, keep your referrals coming!!!
